• Please include measurements for clothing items.
• Orders will not be processed until you provide measurements.
• Order the correct size. Prices vary by size. Your order may be cancelled if you order an incorrect size.
• You are responsible for your own alterations.

Payment Options:

-You may pay us securely with any major credit card through Paypal. Don't have a Paypal account? Don't worry! You don't need to create an account to place an order. We ONLY accept Paypal at this time. We do not take credit cards via email or by phone. This is through Paypal only.

Shipping Information:

Most items ship via USPS, although that is subject to change at our discretion. All items on this site, with the exception of in stock items, are made to order. Many items will ship in about 10 business days, but some orders will take longer. Occasionally fabric or supplies have to be ordered before we can start on your order. Therefore, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your order. Orders will usually ship much sooner, but nothing is guaranteed to be delivered prior to 4 weeks. At this time we are not accepting rush orders.

International Shipping:

At this time we are not shipping internationally. International shipping should be available again in a few months.

Return Policy:

-New Policy: I will now be accepting exchanges on most items that are not customized. If you would like to return any unused item for STORE CREDIT, you may do so within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please use the return address on package. Once item is received in good condition you will have a store credit of the purchase price of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges. If an item is non-refundable it will be noted in the item description.

Customized and monogrammed items are not refundable.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 5 days, as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Usually it will not. Please include your name, or the email address associated with the order.

Privacy Policy:

We do not sell, rent, loan, share, give, or in any way disclose your personal information to anyone. Your information is used solely to process your order and to notify you of any changes to your order status or to our site.
